I have received 4 outstanding grades from previous Ofsted inspections. I have over 26 years experience caring for children aged from 10 weeks to 13 years working as a room leader and then deputy manager in a private day nursery and as a nanny for four children. I feel i am a very caring,understanding,trustworthy,proffesional and fun person with many childcare qualifications which include NVQ Level 3,PPA diploma,Paediatric First Aid,basic food hygiene,CACHE Level 3 Certificate in childminding Practice and sign along phase 1 as well as having experience caring for children with a variety of special needs. As a childminder i work towards the EYFS this includes a weekly structured routine which has been created to ensure your child is able to develop and flourish to his/her best ability this includes educational visits to Toddler Groups,Children Centres,libraries,soft play areas,parks and farms. As a mother of two children i know and understand the importance of the early years of a child''''s life this is when they learn the most and there personalities progress this is so rewarding to see and i feel very priviledged that i am able to be a part of these important years. I care for other peoples children how i would want someone to care for my children in a caring professional and fun way.
