| Service Description: | Early Help Family Group Conferences (EHFGC) are a family-led planning meeting in which the whole family network comes together to make and agree a plan to resolve an issue or problem.
Many families face difficulties from time to time, and an EHFGC enables a family to work together to resolve common family issues such as :
- Non-school attendance
- Difficult or challenging behaviour
- Relationship breakdown
- Violence and aggression
- Domestic abuse
- Coping with illness
- Loss or bereavement
- Anti-social behaviour
- Mental health issues
- Problems with substance misuse
