Thirty years’ experience of working with families enables us to help families with any problem or challenge that they face and support over 1 million vulnerable and marginalised families annually.
We are experts in engaging hard to reach families and ensure support is available to them through a range of services delivered in three core ways:
• Telephone support - This includes our free 24/7 confidential helpline.
• Online support - Our extensive website that provides information and advice on a huge range of family issues, including interactive forums.
• Face to face support - This includes individual support where family members are able to have one to one time with a Family Support Worker, group support, where parents come together to share experience and learn coping strategies around particular issues.
• Last year our helpline received over 120,000 calls and our websites were visited by more than 2,000,000 unique users.
Family Lives believe that families are the foundation of society. We strive to achieve our vision - that all families have access to professional and appropriate non-judgemental support when they most need it.
