| Service Description: | No Panic (Sutton & Merton) is a self-help/support group for adults over 18 years who suffer from anxiety, panic attacks and phobias
Meetings weekly, offers people support for their anxieties by talking to fellow sufferers and helping them to live more positively, share anxiety-based problems and come together to pool knowledge and experience in order to find their own solutions to these problems. We don't talk about curing people - we think more in terms of people being helped to help themselves.

The Wednesday meetings are held every 2 weeks in Sutton at:
